Brad Baughman Sr. is an experienced tooling engineer manager with a robust background in plastic injection molds, previously serving as Tooling Manager at Tribar Technologies Inc. from May 2018 to June 2022. Responsibilities included tracking mold shot counts, managing preventive maintenance schedules, and leading continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing cycle times and enhancing part quality.
