Emba Fred Estrada

Fred Estrada, EMBA has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Fred is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Flow-Rite Controls since 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of VP of Sales & Operations at the same company from 2021 to 2023. In 2020, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Creative Foam Corp, where they also served as the Division President of Transportation & Composites from 2020 to 2021. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as the Vice President of Operations at Creative Foam Corp as well. Before that, they held various leadership positions at UFP Technologies, Inc., starting as General Manager in 2006 and later promoted to Regional Vice President in 2015. In addition, they served as a Plant Manager at Lawrence Plastics from 1999 to 2000, and at Mexican Industries from 1989 to 1999, where they held various positions and successfully turned around an underperforming plant. Fred also has experience in the U.S. Army as an Equipment Records Supply Specialist from 1987 to 1989.

Fred Estrada, EMBA obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Detroit College of Business. Fred then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Executive education from Davenport University. Additionally, they participated in a program at Bell Leadership, though the specific degree and field of study are unavailable.
