Henk de Vries

Henk de Vries is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in compliance and operational leadership within the trading sector. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer EMEA and Chief of Staff at Flow Traders since July 2019, Henk has held various senior roles including Global Head of Compliance. Prior to this, Henk was with Flow Traders US from March 2014 to June 2019, where responsibilities included Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Compliance. Henk began the professional career at Deloitte Financial Risk Management as a Consultant/Manager from November 2008 to February 2014. Henk holds a CFA Charterholder designation from the CFA Institute and earned an MSc in System Engineering, Policy Analysis and Management from Delft University of Technology.
