Jillian Grossberg

Jillian Grossberg has a diverse background in human resources and employee engagement, currently serving as the Employee Engagement Lead at Flow Traders since January 2021. Previous experience includes roles as a Human Resources Generalist and HR & Recruitment Coordinator at Flow Traders, as well as a Human Resources Administrator/Recruiting Coordinator and Intern at Payoneer. Jillian contributed to the Museum of the Moving Image as a Prospect Researcher, assisting with board development strategies. Additional experience encompasses positions at ESquared Hospitality and Haagen Dazs, focusing on front-of-house operations, catering management, and staff training. Early internships included administrative roles at the Bronx Zoo Fundraising Department and John Jay College's Neuroscience Department. Jillian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hunter College, complemented by minors in Clinical Psychology and Sociology.
