Meredith Voliva

Meredith Voliva is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in investment fund documentation and private equity. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Flow Traders since October 2021, Voliva previously held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at Triple Jump BV, where responsibilities included reviewing and negotiating complex investment agreements with a focus on emerging markets. Prior experience includes roles as Associate in International Funds & Private Equity at King & Wood Mallesons, and multiple positions at The Citco Group Limited, culminating as Senior Vice President, Legal, overseeing a legal team. Meredith Voliva holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law, Leiden Law Courses in European and International Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the University of Pennsylvania.
