Richa M. has extensive experience in middle office operations and management, currently serving as the Head of Middle Office at Flow Traders since May 2011. In this role, Richa oversees intraday operational activities across various product classes, ensuring efficient internal controls and providing solutions to trading and risk desks. Responsibilities include trade validation, process enhancement, and monitoring various financial metrics while liaising with technology, risk, and compliance teams. Prior to Flow Traders, Richa held positions at Nomura as an Associate in the Prime Services Department and at Lehman Brothers as a Senior Analyst, focusing on client reporting and trade reconciliation. Richa began the career as a Senior Officer at ICICI Bank, gaining experience in cash management and client services. Richa holds an MBA in Finance from Earthinators Climate School and a Bachelor of Science in Botany, Zoology, and Chemistry from Mohanlal Sukhadia University.
