Deepika Badechha

Deepika Badechha has had a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Deepika started their career as an Executive Consultant at Search Bureau Consulting Pvt Ltd in 2012 and later joined Carte Blanche Solutions as a Specialist-Niche Skills, where they managed client accounts and coordinated the recruitment process. Deepika then moved on to Fidelity Worldwide Investment in 2014, where they worked as a Human Resources professional. Deepika'sresponsibilities included managing recruitment, conducting interviews, and maintaining the candidate database. In 2015, they joined Guavus as an Associate-Talent Acquisition, focusing on talent acquisition and recruitment. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Tower Research Capital, initially serving non-compete leave and then assuming the role of HR Business Partner. Currently, Deepika holds the position of Head of Human Resources at Quadeye.

Deepika Badechha completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree from Panjab University in 2008. Prior to that, they attended MRA Sr Secondary School in Chandigarh, where they completed their secondary education in 2004.
