Thao Nguyen

Thao Nguyen is an experienced Instructional Designer and Learning & Development Specialist currently employed at Flow Traders since November 2020. Responsibilities include collaborating with subject matter experts to address training needs, applying instructional design models, managing Learning Management Systems, and coordinating onboarding and reskilling programs. Prior to Flow Traders, Thao worked at Ho Chi Minh City University of Pedagogy from November 2013 to July 2019, focusing on developing training activities and curriculum design while leading extracurricular projects. Experience also includes positions at SET Education, where Thao designed learning materials for language courses, and various teaching roles across different institutions in Vietnam. Thao holds a Master’s Degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from the University of Tampere and a Bachelor’s Degree in Teaching English as a Second Language from Ho Chi Minh City University of Pedagogy. Additional certifications in Learning & Development were attained from AIHR.
