Dane Ratliff

Dane Ratliff serves as the Vice President of Sustainability & Corporate Development at Flow Alkaline Spring Water since July 2018. Prior to this, Dane held the position of Counsel for Climate Law and Policy at Eyes On Earth from November 2017 to July 2018. Dane's experience includes serving as the Director and General Counsel at the Commission for Environmental Cooperation of North America from November 2008 to September 2015, and as Legal Counsel at the Permanent Court of Arbitration from September 2000 to November 2008. Additionally, Dane lectured at The Clingendael Institute from 2002 to 2008, teaching international diplomats about sustainable development, climate change law, and dispute resolution. Earlier in the career, Dane was a Research Fellow at the Wuppertal Institute for Climate, Environment and Energy from July 1998 to September 1999.
