Randi Tutelman has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. Randi started their career as a college ambassador for Stylitics, where they created a Fall Style Report and generated on-campus buzz for the company. Randi then interned at multiple prestigious fashion brands, including Michael Kors, Milly NY, and Ralph Lauren, where they gained experience in design, marketing, production, sales, merchandising, public relations, and licensing.

After their internships, Randi co-founded Eleanor Kalle LLC, where they served as the CEO and managed merchandise production, web development, budgeting, vendor relations, and product marketing. Randi collaborated with companies such as Gilt.com and Milly, resulting in their jewelry being featured in runway shows and selling internationally.

Randi then joined TopShelf Clothes as a stylist, providing weekly lookbooks to clients based on their style profiles and needs. Randi engaged with customers on a weekly basis to understand their preferences and behaviors.

Randi later joined INTURN, where they held several roles, including Senior Analyst, Manager, and Director of Client Success. In these roles, Randi built and managed strong relationships with off-price retailers globally, analyzed client's businesses to drive key performance metrics, and closed deals with top-tier clients. Randi also created training materials for onboarding buyers and advocated for customer needs while collaborating with the UX team to develop a sales platform.

Most recently, Randi joined Flowcode as an account management and customer success professional.

Randi Tutelman completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Design Arts with a minor in Entrepreneurship from Lehigh University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Later, they pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Technical Entrepreneurship from Lehigh University as well, attending from 2012 to 2013.
