Traci Smith

Traci Smith is an experienced project manager currently working at Flower City Group since September 2022, where the primary focus is on enhancing brand engagement through innovative print and display solutions. Previously, Traci held roles as Operations Manager at Tiliter Retail, overseeing operations and sales efforts across the US and Mexico, and as a Sales Project Coordinator/Field Quality Analyst at Digimarc, conducting quality audits and collaborating with various departments. Traci's career also includes significant experience as an Account Manager at S9DC and Mercury Print Productions, managing client relationships and project specifications, as well as a Quality Assurance Manager at Upstate Litho Inc., where an ISO 9000 quality system was established and maintained. Traci began the professional journey as a Sales Service Representative at Monroe Graphics, generating sales and managing print projects. Traci holds a Bachelor of Science in Printing Management and Sciences with minors in Marketing and Communications from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
