Previous roles include Head of Marketing at Source Cannabis, managing multiple campaigns and product launches, as well as various positions focused on customer success, marketing, and communications in both corporate and academic settings. Kai holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a minor in Screenwriting from the University of Southern California and has experience in creative production, event coordination, and lead generation across multiple industries.
