Alan Good has over 5 years of experience in the talent acquisition and recruiting industry. In 2021, they began working as the Director of Client Services for FlowerHire, a company dedicated to building a conscious cannabis community. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Technical Recruiting for Integrity Power Search, the #1 full stack high growth startup recruiting firm between the coasts. In 2019, they held two roles: Head of Talent Acquisition - Tech for both Avant and Amount. Alan started their career in 2016 as a Lead Recruiter and Technical Recruiter for Jobspring Partners, a professional IT staffing agency.

Alan Good attended Saline High School before going on to Michigan State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management in 2015.
