David Belsky

David Belsky has over 15 years of experience in the recruitment industry. David began their career in 2004 as a Practice Manager at Jobspring Partners, where they were responsible for managing a team of six recruiting professionals and rapidly increasing their total team billing from $350k+ to $1000k+. In 2007, they moved to Motion Recruitment as Regional Director, overseeing strategy and operations for their two agency brands. In 2013, they were transferred to Regional Director in Chicago. In 2017, they founded FlowerHire, a cannabis recruiting agency dedicated to helping companies build, scale, and retain world class teams.

David Belsky graduated from Cornell University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations.
