Ian Keilty

Ian Keilty has worked in the professional world since 2015. Ian began their career as a Product Analyst at Energi Insurance Services, Inc. in 2015. At the same time, they were also a Freelance Writer for Dirty Water Media. In 2017, they joined FlowerHire as their Regional Director of Client Services - West. Ian was later promoted to Director of Client Services, where they provided retained Executive Search and Contingent Staffing services, multi-hire pricing and embedded recruiting solutions. Ian also offered white glove career support for those entering the Cannabis industry. Ian then became a Team Lead Manager and Sr. Recruiter/Business Development for FlowerHire.

Ian Keilty attended St. John's Prep and then went on to the University of Massachusetts Amherst where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism in 2015.
