Daniela Chávez Lira is an experienced communications professional currently serving as an Account Director at Flowers Communications Group since June 2017, where contributions include leading diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives and crisis communications for various clients. With previous roles as Account Supervisor, Senior Account Executive, and Account Executive, Daniela has successfully managed client deliverables, developed strategic communications plans, and executed media outreach strategies for notable organizations such as ComEd and Cook County Health. Prior experience includes multicultural media relations at Golin and public relations internships at Ketchum and DePaul University. Daniela holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Public Relations & Advertising from DePaul University and participated in a study abroad program at Peking University focused on psychology.
