Jasmine Flowers Mazyck, MBA, has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Jasmine is currently the Managing Director at Flowers Communications Group, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at McKinsey & Company as the Manager of Talent Management and Manager of North America People Initiatives from 2021 to 2021. Jasmine also has a background in Deloitte, where they held multiple roles including Manager of Talent Business Advisor from 2017 to 2021 and Talent Learning & Development Manager from 2016 to 2017. Jasmine also served as the Talent Development Lead, Learning and Development from 2014 to 2016, Human Capital Manager from 2013 to 2014, and Human Capital Senior Consultant from 2010 to 2013. Before joining Deloitte, Jasmine worked at Bernard Hodes Group as the Manager of HR Consulting and Employer Brand Analytics from 2007 to 2010. Their early career includes a role as a Human Capital Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, LLP from 2004 to 2007.

Jasmine Flowers Mazyck earned their MBA in Business Administration/Human Resources Management from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in Economics from Spelman College from 2000 to 2004. In addition, they hold a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in December 2015.
