Eric Wootan

Eric Wootan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business intelligence and data analytics. Currently serving as the Director of BI & Insights at Flowers Foods & Subsidiaries since September 2019, Eric has successfully led analytics, master data, and data conversion initiatives for the ERP+ transformation program. Prior to this role, Eric held positions at LEDVANCE and OSRAM, where significant achievements include redesigning customer incentive accrual processes and replacing a legacy reporting system, respectively. Eric's career also includes a tenure at GE as an Application Architect, managing operations for a multi-terabyte SAP BIW environment. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from the University at Albany and has completed the Business Management Institute program at Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management.
