Matt Jackson

Matt Jackson, CPA, currently serves as a Volunteer Firefighter with Grady County Fire and Rescue since September 2023. In addition, Matt has held the position of Manager of Risk and Claims Administration at Flowers Foods & Subsidiaries since May 2018, where responsibilities include documenting, testing, and maintaining internal controls in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, Section 404. Previously, Matt worked as an Assistant Audit Manager for the State of Florida from October 2013 to May 2018, focusing on statewide workers' compensation audits for compliance with Chapter 440, Florida Statutes. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Auditor at Sculpture Hospitality from April 2011 to December 2013, providing advisory services to the food and beverage industry. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University, earned between 2010 and 2013.
