Hugo Soto

Hugo Soto is a telecommunications technician with extensive experience in IP networks, TDM telephony, and SIP telephony. At Flowing Rivers Technologies since September 2021, Hugo has worked with Huawei GPON, ONT, MSAN, Siemens, and SBC equipment. Prior experience includes a role as a telecommunications technician at GRUPO STT from September 2019 to July 2023 and at ITS from April 2015 to August 2019, where responsibilities also focused on similar telecommunications systems. Hugo Soto holds a degree from Universidad Galileo, obtained between 1998 and 2002.
