Pinky Amparo has extensive experience in customer service and supply chain management. Currently serving as an Assistant at Flowium since December 2019, Pinky previously worked as a Supply Chain Specialist for Cisco at Ingram Micro, where responsibilities included managing order creation, data entry, and ensuring service level agreements were met. Prior to that, Pinky held various roles at Convergys, including Chat Support Specialist for AT&T Mobility Sales and Services, Customer Service Representative for OCEAN X (Guthy Renker), and Senior Customer Service Representative for Cisco, focusing on customer inquiries, service order completion, and sales targets.
