Adam R. Cotty

Adam established his career in immunology, cell line development, and cytometry during a 12-year period working as a scientist at Janssen R&D. Since joining the FlowMetric team in early 2017, Adam has effectively established and evolved the role of project management to match the growth of FlowMetric’s CRO business. As the company takes on an increasing number of complex pre-clinical and clinical projects, Adam’s role has become instrumental in the successful execution of every project, functionally bridging FlowMetric’s Business Development and Scientific teams with the clients. Outside of work, in March of 2020, Adam successfully defended his Ph.D. thesis in Cell and Molecular Biology at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia.
