Dr. Pooja Jaiswal currently serves as the Research and Development Manager at Flowmore Limited since March 2023. Prior to this role, Dr. Jaiswal was an Associate Research Fellow at Shiv Nadar University from August 2022 to March 2023, focusing on the experimental and computational study of closed loop pulsating heat pipes. Educationally, Dr. Jaiswal earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Material Science from the Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology between August 2018 and July 2022. Additionally, a Master of Technology (MTech) in Mechanical Engineering was obtained from BANSAL Institute of Engineering & Technology, Lucknow, from May 2016 to June 2018, following a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering from Shri Ramswaroop Memorial Group of Professional Colleges, completed in 2014.
