Daniel Reightley

Daniel Reightley has a diverse work experience with various companies. Daniel is currently working as a Sr Support Engineer at Flowroute, A BCM One Company, where they assist customers with the VoIP platform and carrier services. Daniel also handles fraud control systems and communications with peer carriers.

Prior to this, they worked at Launch Consulting Group as an Azure Support Engineer, focusing on subscription and billing management.

Daniel also has experience working at Synology as a Technical Support Specialist, where they dealt with resolving issues related to Network Area Storage (NAS) needs, VPNs, networking hardware, surveillance systems, and media and mobile applications.

Before that, they worked at UPS as a Logistics Handler and at McLendon Hardware as a Sales Representative/Cashier. Additionally, they worked as a Fitness Instructor at Washington State University Recreation Center, teaching Capoeira.

Earlier in their career, they worked at McLendon Hardware as a Customer Service/Cashier, providing assistance to customers and fulfilling various responsibilities. Daniel also worked as a Cable Technician at Pacific Communications Cabling, installing and upgrading internet and phone cables in commercial businesses.

Daniel Reightley attended Lake Washington Institute of Technology from 2014 to 2016, where they studied Computer Security & Network Technician. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2012, Daniel earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Washington State University. In addition to their degree, they obtained the CompTIA Network+ certification in August 2015 from CompTIA.
