Andy Teng

Andy Teng possesses extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership positions across multiple companies since 2004. Currently, Andy serves as the Director, HR Specialized Care & Industrial Relations for the Asia Pacific region at Flowserve Corporation, a role held since January 2014, which follows previous positions including Regional Human Resources Director and HR Director, Business Partner within the same organization. Prior roles include Human Resources Director for Vishay General Semiconductor, Head of Human Resources at AIG, and HR Manager at Discovery Networks Asia-Pacific. Andy Teng's educational background includes a Master of Education in Leadership, Policy & Change from Monash University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations from Curtin University, supplemented by diplomas in various related fields.
