Caterina de Mattia

Caterina De Mattia has worked as an Attorney for Flowserve Corporation since 2009. In this role, they have handled global commercial transactions, including international sales contract negotiations, and has drafted, reviewed, and negotiated contracts for sale. Caterina has also provided support to the sales department during contract negotiations and assisted in post-contract award disputes with customers. Additionally, they have provided training to internal employees on various legal topics. Prior to working at Flowserve Corporation, they were a Trainee Lawyer at Bird & Bird from 2005 to 2007, where they gained experience in employment law and drafting employment agreements. Caterina also completed an internship at ENIT in 2003, where they provided customer and tourist operator assistance and conducted market research on Italian tourism in Australia.

Caterina De Mattia attended Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore from 1997 to 2004, where they earned a degree in Giurisprudenza with a focus on International Law and Legal Studies. In 2005, they pursued a Master's program in European and international legislation at Università di Trento. Additionally, in 1999 and 2000, they participated in an Erasmus program at Esade. Most recently, in 2020, they completed the Negotiation Programme at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
