Fadhel al Hashem

Fadhel Al Hashem is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the engineering and services sectors, particularly in seal manufacturing and technical support. Currently serving as the Director and General Manager at Flowserve Corporation since January 2016, Fadhel oversees Engineered Products Seal Operations in Dammam, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills alongside a commitment to high-level customer service. Previous roles include Team Leader for Dresser-Rand in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, where responsibilities encompassed technical support and after-sales service for major clients, as well as Area Manager for John Crane, handling sales and service projects in Eastern and Central areas. Fadhel began a career with Saudi Aramco as a certified industrial trainer, imparting knowledge on various mechanical equipment. Fadhel holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from King Fahd University and an MBA from Arabian Open University.
