Michael Horne

Michael Horne is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Global Compensation Manager at Flowserve Corporation since June 2020, after previously holding the roles of Global Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to Flowserve, Michael worked at Ericsson as a Senior People Business Partner, where responsibilities included supporting over 600 engineers and managing various HR functions. Michael's experience also includes roles at Texas Instruments, where contributions spanned from Human Resources Business Partner to HR Intern, along with roles in veteran services at Texas A&M University and several internships in corporate HR settings. Michael holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Baylor University.
