Nikhil Kartha is a seasoned professional in the fields of innovation and technology, currently serving as Manager of Innovation & Technology at Flowserve Corporation since February 2020, where leadership of a global team has led to the implementation of data science and physics-based predictive maintenance solutions. Prior experience includes roles as R&D Project Manager at Infineon Technologies, where Nikhil managed digital initiatives for manufacturing, and as Senior R&D Project Manager at Halliburton, focusing on new product development and project budget management. Nikhil's background also includes significant engineering experience at ST Kinetics and Larsen & Toubro Ltd., encompassing system design, integration, and advanced analysis of industrial equipment. Nikhil holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Solid Mechanics from Nanyang Technological University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Govt Engineering College, Kerala, India.
