OmKumar Jagadeesan has more than 27 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on HR leadership, talent programs, and HR operations. OMKUMAR has held various managerial positions, including Lead HR Business Partner at Flowserve Corporation, where they provided end-to-end HR support for senior leaders and employees across multiple regions. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Flowserve Corporation, supporting the India business operations. OMKUMAR also has experience in HR operations, statutory compliance, and administration at Lakshmi Electrical Control Systems Limited. Earlier in their career, they worked at SARA Elgi, Cherans Group of Companies, Texmo Industries, and Sitalakshmi Mills, where they gained experience in HR and admin support, talent hiring, training and development, performance management, and industrial relations.

OMKUMAR JAGADEESAN obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Madurai Kamaraj University in 1989-1992. OMKUMAR later completed a Post Graduate degree in Human Resources Management from Madurai Institute of Social Sciences in 1992-1994. Additionally, they have certifications in CIP Green Belt from Flowserve Corporate and Certified HR Analytics Leader from AIHR Academy.
