Pam Britton

Pam Britton has extensive work experience in human resources, with a focus on HR management and leadership roles. Pam began their career at Furr's, Inc. in 1982 as an HR Director, and then went on to serve as an HR Director at Furr's Supermarkets, Inc. from 1992 to 2001. Following that, they worked as an HR Manager at Fleming Foods from 2001 to 2003, and then as an HR Director at The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company (A&P) from 2003 to 2005. Currently, they are a Global Lead HR Business Partner - Commercial Organization (Selling) at Flowserve Corporation, a position they have held since October 2019. Prior to this, they were a Regional HR Manager - South Region (Mfg Sites) & Corp Executive HR Consultant at Flowserve Corporation from 2005 to 2019.

Pam Britton attended South Plains College but did not earn a degree there.
