Shakeeb Mir is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance. Currently serving as Chief Compliance Officer and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Flowserve Corporation since August 2017, Shakeeb has held multiple senior positions within the company, including Vice President and Division Counsel. Prior to Flowserve, Shakeeb held the role of Senior Corporate Counsel for M&A at Ryan and served in various capacities at Goodman Networks, culminating as EVP and Assistant General Counsel. Shakeeb's legal career began at Jackson Walker LLP as an M&A and Corporate Associate.
