Shannon Barcroft

Shannon Barcroft has over 20 years of experience in various roles in the field of compensation, benefits, and human resources. Shannon started their career at Ernst & Young Global Consulting Services, where they worked in the Human Resources National Consulting Practice for six years. Shannon then moved to Alliance Data Systems, where they served as an Executive Compensation Manager for three years. After that, they joined JCPenney, where they held multiple roles, including Senior Manager of Compensation and Director of Benefits. Following their time at JCPenney, they joined Sally Beauty as the Vice President of Compensation, Benefits, and HR Operations. Currently, they are the Vice President of Total Rewards and Shared Services at Flowserve Corporation.

Shannon Barcroft holds a Doctor of Law degree (JD) from SMU Dedman School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree (BA) in Political Science and Government from the University of North Texas.
