Tom Okray

Tom Okray is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Nikola Corporation since March 2024, Tom is also a Board Member at Monro, Inc. and Flowserve Corporation, where Tom chairs the Audit Committee. Previously, Tom held significant roles including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Eaton, and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Grainger. Tom's career includes leadership positions at Advance Auto Parts and Amazon, where Tom managed finance for Global Customer Fulfillment and North & South America operations. Tom’s background also encompasses various roles at General Motors, including CFO for Global Product Development and extensive responsibilities within the Asia Pacific and European finance teams. Tom holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago, an Executive Education degree in Transformational Leadership from Stanford University, and a BS in Engineering from Michigan State University.
