David Na is a Staff Engineer at FlowWest since July 2025, with a prior role as a Design Engineer at Sherwood Design Engineers from July 2021 to June 2025 and earlier experience at TEG in a similar position from March 2018 to February 2020. David's expertise includes Low Impact Development Design, Stormwater Drainage Design, Grading Quantities, Erosion Control Design, and Hydrology Analyses. Prior to engineering roles, David worked as a Senior Engineering Technician at NCE | Engineering & Environmental Services from June 2016 to March 2018 and as a Construction Management Intern for the City of Costa Mesa from July 2014 to July 2015, focusing on surveying, inspection, and various office tasks including CAD design and plan checks.
