Viorel Chelaru

Viorel Chelaru has been a Java Developer since 2003. Viorel began their career at Selir, where they worked on a project of investment funds for the Italian bank Banca Sella. This project was a JEE web application on Weblogic applications server and Oracle database. In 2008, they joined Nobel, Ltd. as a Java Developer, developing JEE web applications for an in-house Telecom project. In 2018, they moved to IntelSol as a Java Developer. In 2019, they worked as a Java Developer for the European Commission in Brussels, Belgium at Cronos International. In 2020, they joined QUALITANCE as a Java Developer, and in 2021 they moved to SII Romania in the same role. Currently, they are employed at FLOWX.AI as a Java Developer.

Viorel Chelaru has an extensive educational background. From 1987 to 2001, they attended AL.I. Cuza College in Galati, Romania, where they studied Mathmatics and Computer Science. From 2001 to 2005, they continued their studies at the Faculty of Mathmatics and Computer Science in Galati, Romania. In 2013, they earned a Master in Artificial Intelligence from the Politehnica University of Bucharest. Viorel has also obtained several certifications, including Oracle Certifier Master, Java EE 5 Enterprise Architect (2010), SUN Certified Business Component Developer (2008), SUN Certified Web Component Developer (2007), and SUN Certified Java Programmer (2007). In addition, they have completed courses in Machine Learning (2013), Introduction to Artificial Intelligence (2012), and two courses in Fundamentals of Neuroscience (2019-2020).
