Chris Hsu

Chris Hsu is a seasoned background artist and freelance illustrator with extensive experience in the animation and children's publishing industries. Currently serving as a Senior Background Painter on Archer Season 13 at Floyd County Productions, Chris has contributed to multiple notable projects including "America: The Motion Picture," "Dicktown," and "Hit Monkey." Since February 2007, Chris has operated Chris Hsu Illustration, providing artwork for publishers such as Charlesbridge and Little Bee Books, and creating illustrations for various brands through Weber Shandwick Boston. Previous roles include Lead Background Designer at Clambake Animation and Humor Illustrator at American Greetings, emphasizing skills in expressive illustration and audience engagement. Chris holds a BFA in Illustration and Painting from the Savannah College of Art and Design and a BS in Marketing and Mass Communication from the University of Florida.
