Carey A. Guynes is the Managing Attorney with the Law Offices of Floyd Skeren Manukian Langevin, LLP in the firm’s Pasadena office. Ms. Guynes earned her undergraduate degree from the University of La Verne before going on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from the University of La Verne College of Law.
Prior to joining the Law Offices of Floyd Skeren Manukian Langevin in 2002, Ms. Guynes worked in the field of workers’ compensation defense for several years earning experience in all aspects of representation of employers and insurance entities in workers’ compensation matters.
Currently, Ms. Guynes represents employers, insurance companies, self-insured entities as well as uninsured employers in all standard litigation of matters before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB). Ms. Guynes also represents employers and self-insured entities in matters involving §132a discrimination claims and serious and willful misconduct allegations.
