Elizabeth Herschel

Elizabeth L. Herschel is the Director of the Lien Unit and a Hearing Representative/Lien Specialist with the Law Offices of Floyd Skeren Manukian Langevin, LLP in the firm’s Westlake Village office. Ms. Herschel has been with the firm since June of 2006 and has worked in the industry for 26 years. Ms. Herschel attends lien hearings throughout Southern California, as well as San Luis Obispo and Bakersfield.
