Phuong N. Nguyen is a Partner and the Managing Attorney in the firm’s Orange County office. A bilingual associate in both English and Vietnamese, Ms. Nguyen brings with her several years of workers’ compensation experience prior to passing the Bar. She earned her undergraduate degree in economics and political science from the University of California, Los Angeles before going on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from Pace University School of Law.
Before beginning law school, Ms. Nguyen was a member of Phi Alpha Delta, the international pre-law fraternity, a Small Claims Court Advisory Program Counselor where she logged an astounding 300 hours of an AmeriCorps/JusticeCorps National Service Program, and a paralegal assistant with John Miller, Inc. where she gained valuable exposure to the workers’ compensation industry. While attending law school, Ms. Nguyen had the honor of working directly with retired Judge David W. O’Brien. As part of FSML Publishing for two years, she was the primary editor of the well-renowned publication, California Workers’ Compensation Claims and Benefits.
