Nicolas Kassis

Nicolas Kassis is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Floyd's 99 Barbershop since March 2024, Nicolas previously held the position of Operating Partner at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar from September 2020 to March 2024. Prior to that, Nicolas was the Director of Operations at TAG Restaurant Group from September 2018 to July 2020, and from June 2007 to August 2018, Nicolas served as the Managing Partner at The Capital Grille. Earlier in their career, Nicolas was the General Manager at El Gaucho Hospitality from September 2000 to May 2007.
