Hafiz Roslan

Hafiz Roslan has an extensive work experience starting with their current role as the Chief Financial Officer at FLS Group since May 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Area CFO (Thailand, Malaysia & Singapore) at Damco from December 2017 to April 2020. Hafiz also worked as the Cluster FP&A Manager (Thailand, Vietnam & Myanmar) at British Council from March 2017 to December 2017.

Before joining Damco, Hafiz held the position of Head, Network Cost & Analytics at APL from April 2015 to March 2017. Hafiz has also worked at Maersk Line, where they had several roles including Manager, Business Performance - Africa Region, Finance Business Partner - APAC Region, and Controller - APAC Region. Hafiz'stenure at Maersk Line spanned from 2010 to 2015.

Prior to their time in the logistics and shipping industry, Hafiz worked as a Financial Analyst, Supply Chain Finance at Hewlett-Packard from 2008 to 2010. Hafiz began their career in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) as a Sergeant from June 2004 to August 2006.

Hafiz Roslan obtained a Diploma in Biotechnology from Singapore Polytechnic in the years 2001 to 2004. Hafiz then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Finance from University College Dublin, completing it from 2006 to 2008. Hafiz furthered their education by earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management from the University of Adelaide between 2010 and 2012. Hafiz also holds additional certifications from LinkedIn, including Cert Prep: PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® and People Analytics in 2020, as well as Creating Your Personal Brand and Managing Experienced Managers in 2019.
