Aleksandra Novakovic-Andric

Aleksandra Novakovic-Andric is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the cement industry, currently serving as the Head of Proposal and Process Design at FLSmidth Cement since April 2024. Prior to this role, Aleksandra held various leadership positions at FLSmidth, including Head of Proposal and Process Design and Global Process Line Manager for Emissions, with a tenure spanning from September 2007 to August 2025. Aleksandra began her career at FLSmidth as a Process Engineer and advanced through roles such as Process Manager and Global Chief Process Engineer for Emissions. Aleksandra's academic background includes a Master's degree from DTU - Technical University of Denmark and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Belgrade.
