Sriram Seshadri

Sriram Seshadri is currently the Head of Information Technology (CIO) for the Cement Business at FLSmidth Cement, a position held since November 2023, where responsibilities include establishing and managing a standalone IT organization and overseeing core application landscapes. With over three decades of experience at FLSmidth, Sriram has held several senior roles, including Vice President and Head of Digital Smart Products, where Sriram established a cross-divisional digital roadmap, and Vice President of the Digital Solution Office, focusing on customer-facing digital solutions. Other notable positions include Vice President & Business Head of Automation, General Manager & Head of IT Developments & Enterprise Applications, and Senior Manager of IT Systems, showcasing a strong background in IT development, project management, and engineering solutions. Sriram holds an Executive Leadership Development Program degree from Henley Business School and multiple qualifications in business administration and technology, including an MSc in Information Technology and an engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering.
