Franz Rietschel

Franz Rietschel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and digital services, currently serving as Global Director of Engineering - Digital Services at FLSmidth since September 2019. Rietschel has held various leadership roles within the company, including Technical Product Manager for Asset Optimization and Global Product Line Manager for both Autonomous Material Handling and Digital Mining Systems. Prior to FLSmidth, Rietschel spent seven years at ABB, where responsibilities included Global Product Manager for the Stockyard Management System and Marketing Manager for Material Handling.
