Prior roles include Vice President of Regional Business Management at Outotec, where Miika drove service business growth across the Americas, and various managerial positions focusing on spare parts operations at both Outotec and Larox. Miika holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering & Management from LUT University and has furthered education at IMD.
