Farkhad Mamadaliev

Farkhad Mamadaliev has extensive experience in the horticultural LED lighting industry, currently serving as a Strategic Account Manager at Fluence since May 2022, and holding a similar role at Fluence by OSRAM since July 2019. Prior to these positions, Farkhad worked in business development at OSRAM, focusing on market analysis and project sales for horticultural LED lighting fixtures from January 2018 to July 2019. Farkhad's career also includes project management at Lighting Technologies International Group from January 2015 to December 2017, where responsibilities involved new product development and project budgeting. Earlier experience at OSRAM spanned from August 2007 to January 2015, including roles as R&D department head, development department engineer, and starter production engineer, emphasizing product development, process optimization, and internal coordination. Farkhad holds a certificate in marketing research from Siemens Technik Akademie and an engineering degree in optical electronic equipment and systems from Moscow Power Engineering Institute.
