Rachel Perine has extensive experience in client relations and customer service, currently serving as a Client Relationship Manager and previously as a Customer Success Associate at Fluence Bioengineering since January 2020. Prior to this, Rachel worked at Gibsons Restaurant Group from May 2014 to December 2019, where roles included Head Hostess, responsible for guest interaction and increasing service capacity, and Server, upholding high service standards while taking on shift supervisory duties. Rachel also gained experience as a Server/Bartender at Pelican Preserve Country Club and as an Assistant Manager at Halsted Tan & Spa, where customer account management and sales contributed to revenue growth. Rachel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Illinois Chicago.
