Dhanya Rajeswaran is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Country Managing Director for India and VP/Head of HR for APAC at Fluence since January 2022, Dhanya has previously held significant roles such as Sr. Director and Head of HR for India and APAC at Lumen Technologies and Director & HR Head for Accenture Digital, Consulting, and Corporate Functions in India. With a career spanning over two decades, Dhanya has demonstrated expertise in leading HR functions, developing talent strategies, and driving organizational growth, having worked at esteemed companies like Wipro Ltd. and Titan Industries. An alumnus of Loyola Institute of Business Administration with a Post Graduation in Business Administration focused on HR, Dhanya also holds a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Secretaryship from Ethiraj College, Chennai.
