Dr. Falk Wottawah

Dr. Falk Wottawah has extensive work experience in various positions within the energy sector. Dr. Falk began their career at Siemens Management Consulting in 2006, where they worked as a Consultant & Project Manager until 2012. Dr. Falk then moved to Siemens, where they held several roles including Integration Manager and Head of Visioning & Scouting. From 2016 to 2018, Dr. Wottawah served as the Head of Operational Excellence for Gas Insulated Switchgear. In 2019, they worked on the Carve Out & Listing Project and later became the Vice President of the Executive Office Hub Middle East at Siemens Energy. Currently, Dr. Wottawah holds the position of Vice President and Head of Global Services at Fluence, starting in 2023.

Dr. Falk Wottawah holds a Vordiplom degree in Physik from The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg, which they received in 2001. In 2002, they completed their Master of Arts (MA) in Physik at The University of Texas at Austin. Dr. Falk further pursued their education and completed their Doktor (Ph.D.) in Physik from Leipzig University in 2006.
